Brownies
3/4 cup Hershey’s cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup oil
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl.
Add 1/3 cup oil. Mix well.
Add boiling water and stir until just starting to thicken.
Quickly add sugar. Stir in eggs and remaining 1/3 cup oil until smooth.
Add flour, vanilla and salt blending completely.
Stir in 1/2 bag of chocolate chips.
Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake 30 – 35 minutes.
